At The Sauce Forge, we are committed to ensuring that your order is delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process:

Collection Only

We now offer a free Collection Only shipping method for friends, family, colleagues and customers in the Crawley and Redhill area. If you opt for Collection Only shipping, you must arrange collection with us via email at [email protected] or by messaging us on our Instagram.

Your payment will not be captured until a collection time and location has been agreed between us and you. We reserve the right to cancel Collection Only orders if collection has not agreed after 1 week of your order being placed.

Shipping Methods and Fees

We offer two shipping options within the UK:

• Standard Shipping: 3-4 days

• Fast Shipping: 1-2 days

Please note that all orders are dispatched within 1-2 days of purchase.

We then base delivery fee on order weight and shipping materials costs, a breakdown of which is:

Shipping Provider

We use Evri as our trusted third-party shipping provider. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched, so you can easily follow its journey.

Packaging

We are dedicated to sustainability. Whenever possible, we reuse and recycle packaging materials to reduce waste. Rest assured, your order will be securely packaged to protect it during transit while keeping environmental impact in mind.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays beyond our control due to circumstances such as weather, carrier issues, or other external factors. If your order is delayed, we will inform you and provide a new estimated delivery date as soon as possible.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom. We do not ship internationally or to locations outside of the UK.

Free Shipping

At this time, we do not offer free shipping on any orders. Shipping fees are applied at checkout based on the method selected.
