After perfecting our signature recipe in 2024, we launched our range using our own home-grown chillies. Our first limited drop sold out within days, and in 2025 we expanded with four permanent favourites, including Honey Habanero, Catsup ketchup, and Napa Naga, all hits at markets.

Our daughter is an avid Pickled Egg muncher, and fed up with paying the exorbitant prices of shop bought pickled eggs, we decided to make our own.
Then after a few birthday & Christmas presents, a pickling book, a fermentation crock and a fair few mason jars, we started to venture out of our comfort zone and make our own Kimchi. Once we got the basics of lacto-fermentation down, we tried our hand at crafting our own hot sauce!
Our first few attempts were not so palatable, but we persevered, We initially branded ourselves as Dan Clarke's Hot Sauce, where we set to work refining our recipe and dialling in the flavour profile and heat levels, Once our friends and family caught wind of what we were up to, jumping at the chance to volunteer to be our guinea pigs, and were constantly asking for more, we knew we were onto something special!

We are taking a brief hiatus during the start of 2026, after March, we aim to start popping up at festivals, local farmers and crafters markets across Surrey and West Sussex again. Keep an eye below for details about where we will be and when!
