Our taste testers constantly told us they wanted a spicier sauce, so we set out to create a truly “hot” hot sauce. Throughout 2024, we’ve been growing several Armageddon F1 and Lemon Drop pepper plants, and by October, we had a strong enough crop to produce this sauce. We also wanted to make a yellow sauce, so combining these peppers was a no-brainer!

We can say that during the fermentation preparation, the Armageddon peppers certainly caused a few tears to be shed. This sauce will be combined with fresh peppers at the blending stage to crank up the heat even further before bottling.
